About Tom

 

Tom joined Dolmans in 2016 and qualified as a solicitor in 2019.

 

In addition to conducting his own caseload of civil litigation on behalf of local authorities, national insurers and police forces, Tom provides support in cases involving catastrophic injury conducted on behalf of national motor insurers.

 

Tom also conducts a portfolio of corporate and commercial matters and is well-placed to advise directors, senior management, and shareholders on a variety of issues such as shareholder agreements, share sales and purchases, together with contractual documentation, combined with a portfolio of property related matters.

 

Tom has an LLM in International Sports Law and regularly assists individuals and sporting bodies in the drafting and review of contracts and other contractual issues. Tom is a member of the Sports Law team.

 

In 2020, Tom was appointed to Disability Sport Wales’ Governance Committee where he provides legal advice, support, and guidance in relation to implementation of policies and general governance issues.
