About Tom

Tom joined Dolmans in 2016 and qualified as a solicitor in 2019. Tom works in our private client department as a Solicitor undertaking all aspects of non-contentious property work including residential conveyancing. Tom also deals with administration of estates and trusts, drafting wills, providing estate and succession planning advice and the provision of Lasting Powers of Attorney.

 

Tom regularly provides support to those members of the practice involved in defending motor insurers in catastrophic and life changing personal injury litigation and representation of public authorities.

 

Tom has an LLM in International Sports Law and is a Registered Intermediary with the Football Association of England.

 

Tom regularly assists individuals and sporting bodies in the drafting and review of contracts and other contractual issues. Tom is a member of the Sports Law team and works closely with the Sports Management Division of Dolmans Solicitors, Definitive.
