About Claire

 

Claire represents both our public sector and insurance law clients and also acts for our commercial clients and businesses.

 

With a commercially astute approach, Claire has considerable experience in representing commercial clients in varied contractual, commercial litigation and property litigation disputes. This includes all aspects of real estate litigation as to commercial leases, landlord and tenant issues, commercial tenant default, trespass and nuisance claims.

 

Claire also acts for a number of insurance companies dealing with real estate and management company litigation and employers’ liability claims. Claire has been able to bring her commercial experience to benefit our local authority clients by defending their interests in highways claims, property-related claims and occupiers’ liability litigation.

 

Claire has also developed experience in regulatory work, particularly in the field of environmental law and health and safety legislation.
