Powers of Attorney

We know …

  • That many people worry about losing their mental or physical capacities and about how the everyday responsibilities of life will be addressed if they become incapable
  • That coping with infirmity can be difficult for the person concerned and for their family
  • That the issue of residential care causes many concerns

We know how to help you through these concerns

Lasting Powers of Attorney are designed to allow someone else to manage your affairs, should you choose for them to do so, or should you become incapable in the future.

If for some reason it is not possible to make a Power of Attorney, we can guide the next-of-kin through the process of appointment as a Deputy in the Court of Protection.

Our private client team is also able to advise on issues relating to the preservation of assets and the funding of residential care costs.

Our aim is to provide you and your family with the peace of mind that if anything should happen to your mental or physical health your responsibilities and obligations can be administered by someone whom you trust.
