Philip is head of the private client department and oversees lawyers dealing with contentious and non-contentious work. In particular, Philip specialises in litigation to include:

• High value/complex personal injury claims, particularly road traffic accidents
• Actions in professional negligence against solicitors and other professionals
• Contract disputes
• Property disputes

Philip also advises clients on contested probate issues, consumer credit and general litigation matters. Philip has been appointed to the Law Society’s Specialist Personal Injury Panel and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
