Tom defends a variety of claims on behalf of a number of institutional clients, including representing a number of the firm’s local authority clients.

Tom has particular experience in:

• Highways tripping claims
• Occupiers’ liability claims
• Employers’ liability claims
• Road traffic accident claims

Tom is membership secretary of the Cardiff and District Law Society. Tom sits on both the Society’s council and finance and policy committee.
