About Leanne

Leanne qualified in 2006 and joined Dolmans in April 2016.  Leanne represents clients in a range of non-contentious residential and commercial property transactions.

 

Leanne has acquired a wealth of expertise in her time as a commercial property solicitor which Leanne is able to bring to bear on behalf of her commercial and private clients to achieve efficient and effective results.

 

Leanne acts in commercial property acquisitions and disposals, leases (and all matters connected with leases, such as rent deposits, licence to assign, rent reviews etc), property finance, SSAS and SIPP portfolios, and development sites (acquisitions, statutory and planning requirements and plot sales).

 

Leanne has experience in acting for all types of commercial clients, from first time commercial property developers to experienced portfolio property owners, charities and public institutions and is able to adapt to each client’s needs and requirements, according to their commercial understanding.

 

Leanne also acts for clients buying and selling residential properties, lease extensions and re-mortgaging, specialising particularly in high value and complex residential property matters.
