Jeremy advises employers and employees in both the public and private sector on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. He has particular experience in:

• Major restructuring exercises

Jeremy is an experienced advocate in the employment tribunals and regularly provides lectures and seminars on all aspects of employment law.

Jeremy is also a member of the Sports law team and advises sporting bodies on issues such as regulatory compliance, employment contracts and drafting of staff handbooks.

Jeremy also has expertise in ecclesiastical law.
