DOLMANS MOVES TO ONE KINGSWAY

Dolmans solicitors has relocated to new offices at One Kingsway in Cardiff city centre.

The firm will now operate from the penthouse floor of the six-storey building in newly refurbished, 8,000 square ft open-plan offices. Operating for the past 35 years from Windsor Place in Cardiff, the firm is now looking to utilise its new city centre location to build on its existing links with businesses and commercial organisations in Wales and to further extend its portfolio of clients.

Adrian Oliver, senior partner at Dolmans said: “The new location allows us to project an even stronger commercial image within a competitive market and to communicate with existing and potential clients the breadth of services on offer from our highly qualified team of legal specialists at the heart of the Welsh capital. Furthermore, the offices will allow us to operate within a fresh, open plan working environment, which we are confident will help enhance internal communications and give a new boost to our already well-motivated team. Whilst we are sorry to end our long connection with Windsor Place we have taken the view that our offices will benefit clients in communicating and visiting us and will enable us to continue our improvement of the excellent services that we already provide to our established and valued clients as well as introducing ourselves to those who might come to us for the first time in our new position in the centre of Cardiff.”
