Peter Bennett to give Corporate Manslaughter Seminar to Elected Members of Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council

On 15 October 2008 Peter Bennett will present a seminar to Elected Members of Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council on the new Corporate Homicide (Corporate Manslaughter) Legislation.
Peter will discuss the impact of the new Act and the offences created by it on public sector organisations giving advice as to possible circumstances in which the new offence could arise and the penalties likely to be imposed. Following the seminar, there will be a question and answer session to deal with any specific concerns of Elected Members.
